From one-time actions to the constancy of assistance. Donor Days have become a tradition for Saneg oil workers

For the third time, employees of the oil and gas company SEG donated blood.

On Monday, September 19, the oil and gas company Saneg hosted "Donor's Day", a joint action with the General Department of Health of Tashkent and the research and production enterprise "Kon preparatlari" to donate blood. Medical specialists visited the central office of Saneg with all the necessary equipment for on-site blood sampling.

As part of Donor Day, employees of the company's central office were offered the chance to donate blood without leaving their workplaces. More than 50 oil workers from various divisions of the office in Tashkent became donors. Thus, more than 15 liters of blood were sent to those in need of blood and its components in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

“In such events, consistency and regularity are important. It's one thing to donate blood once, show photos to friends and acquaintances, collect “likes”. And quite another - to become a donor on an ongoing basis. Today we see that people in our company want to become donors in this format. In general, we adhere to this approach in the implementation of our corporate social policy strategy. Now, when interacting with non-profit charitable associations and foundations, it is important for us not just to help one-time, but to establish cooperation on an ongoing basis so that we are perceived as reliable partners in the country's social development,” said Igor Gusenkov, Saneg Corporate Communications Director .

“We have found reliable partners in Saneg, who are ready to invest heavily in helping others. It is the regularity of Donor Days, - and not only with this company, - that allows us to plan the level of blood supply for all medical institutions in the country. I urge everyone, firstly, to take part in such an initiative, and also to strive for a constant and continuous process of helping others. From one-time actions to permanent support,” said Zukhra Ubaydullaeva, Director of Conpreparation, Doctor of Medical Sciences, following the results of the Donor Day at Saneg.

In the near future, the Donors Days will be repeated in the local branches of the company in Mubarek, Karshi and Andijan.
