An individual development plan is created for each young specialist (a specialist who has graduated from a secondary specialized or higher educational institution and has work experience of no more than 3 years). This means young specialists do not remain in one position for a long time. The individual plan includes systematic development of experience and skills in our Company, and a detailed career plan.

Our Company takes part in annual job fairs throughout Uzbekistan. We pay special attention to organizing internships for students of higher educational institutions located both in Uzbekistan and abroad. The practical training is available in core areas of operations, such as geological and geophysical work, drilling, oil and gas production.
To register a student for an internship (industrial / pre-diploma), an official request from a higher educational institution is required indicating the student’s name, the direction of his study, course, with the application of the practical training program. The request can be sent in free form to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
