- Born in 1964, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- ОManagement experience in the state regulation of various economic sectors, and business management of some of Uzbekistan’s largest enterprises.
- Graduated in 1986 from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute with a degree in chemical technology. Graduated in 2004 from the Higher School of Business under the Academy of State and Public Construction in finance and banking.
- Over 10 years’ experience in government bodies, local and state level. For over three years, he served as Deputy Minister of Economy of Uzbekistan..
- Commenced his career in 1986 as a process engineer at NPO Uzmestprom, was the head of CTO at NPO Progress and director of MP Nafosat. Further senior roles were at the Ministry of Local Industry, "Makhally sanoat", Uzbekistan’s State Committee for the management and privatization of state property, "Uzbekneftegaz" and "Uzogirneftgazkimyeloikha".
- From June 2017 to September 2023, he was the General Director of FE LLC Sanoat Energetika Guruhi. Currently occupies the position of Chief Advisor to the General Director.
