• Holds two higher education degrees: a Mechanical Engineering degree from Tashkent State Technical University, obtained in 1997, and a Marketing degree from Tashkent State Economic University, earned in 2011.
• He began his career in 1997 as a specialist at Uzvneshneftegaz, where he advanced to a senior managerial role. He was later appointed as the head of Chotkol OJSC and then the Deputy Head for Agreement Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
