Shernazarov Ulugbek Elmuradovich

Top manager and the oil and gas industry expert. He has extensive experience in drawing up long-term strategic development plans, developing and implementing marketing policies and logistics at enterprises with various forms of ownership.

• Born on July 16, 1976 in Bekabad, Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Has obtained two higher educations: in 1997 graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering,  and in 2011 - Tashkent State Economic University with a degree in Marketing.
• Began his career in 1997 as a specialist in Uzvneshneftegaz, where he progressed to a top managerial position. Appointed the head of Chotkol OJSC, and later - deputy head for the implementation of agreements under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• ince June 2017, he has worked as the Deputy General Director of Sanoat Energetika Guruhi. Currently he is Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs.
