A manager with extensive experience in developing and operating oil and gas fields. Author of 40 scientific papers, 1 monograph and 2 patents on "development and operation of oil and gas fields".

• Born in 1984, in Tashkent.
• Professional engineer with international experience in the oil and gas industry; highly knowledgeable about working with oil and gas equipment and developing oil and gas fields; skilled in research, design of oil and gas fields, diagnostics and repair of oil and gas wells.
• In 2007, he graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields. He also has a PhD in oil & gas condensate fields. Since 2020, he has been a Professor at the Department of Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields at Tashkent State Technical University.
• In the oil and gas industry since 2002. Started his career at "UzLITIneftgaz" as a senior specialist. Later worked as the chief specialist for oil and gas field development at the Uzbekistan representative office of "Zarubezhneftegaz," and then as the chief specialist for the operation and development of oil and gas fields at an international oil and gas company. Also held the position of lead engineer for the operation and development of oil and gas fields in a joint venture in Vietnam.
• Currently serves as the General Director of the Geo Research and Development Company, a scientific research center.
• Presently holds the position of Deputy General Director for strategic project development.
