• Born on September 8, 1977 in Samarkand region, Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Has three higher educations. The first degree in 2000 in jurisprudence at Omsk State University. The second - in 2012 in "Development of oil and gas fields" at the Ukhta State Technical University. In 2020, he received his third higher education at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in "Oil and Gas Business".
• He started his career in 2007 as a Business Development Department Specialist at Eriell Corporation in Tashkent and worked his way up to Head of Human Resources. He subsequently held managerial positions and led international HR projects.
• From November 2021, he started working at Sanoat Energetika Guruhi as an Advisor to the General Director. Currently - Deputy General Director for Personnel and Organizational Development.
