• Tulkin Yusupov is a recognized leader in Uzbekistan’s oil and gas sector with a distinguished international career in corporate governance, production optimization, and the implementation of innovative technologies.
• His management approach combines strategic foresight and deep engineering expertise, which has enabled him to drive large-scale efficiency programs and technological modernization across the country’s upstream operations.
• A graduate of the Tashkent State University of Economics, Mr. Yusupov earned his degree in International Business and later completed advanced programs in Management and Business Administration in Osaka, Japan.
• He also underwent professional retraining in Oil and Gas Field Development and Production at the Ukhta State Technical University in Russia and completed specialized courses in Drilling Technologies (USA, Great Britain, South-East Asia and North Africa), with field experience in the USA, Scotland, the UAE, Algeria, and Russia.
• Mr. Yusupov began his professional career in the mid-2000s and steadily advanced from an engineer at National Oilwell Varco International (USA) to key management positions within ERIELL Group, where he led project development, tender strategy, and the introduction of advanced drilling technologies.
• Since 2021, he has been part of Saneg, initially serving as Deputy CEO for Innovation and Technology, then as First Deputy CEO – Executive Director of the Upstream Division.
• Today, as Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the company’s transformation agenda, focusing on digitalization, operational excellence, and technological self-reliance in Uzbekistan’s energy sector.
• In 2025, Tulkin Yusupov was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Bukhara State Technical University in recognition of his contribution to the development of petroleum education and innovation in the industry.
