The Fergana Oil Refinery has begun receiving crude oil under the resumed transit from Kazakhstan. In December, deliveries are expected to reach up to 35,000 tons to ensure stable production of petroleum products, all of which will be supplied to Uzbekistan’s domestic market.
According to the agreements reached, annual supplies may amount to up to 500,000 tons, subject to favorable market conditions.
The additional volumes of crude oil will enable the refinery to increase its capacity utilization and expand the production of gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, and lubricants for domestic consumption.
