Latipov Khabib Khalimovich

An expert with many years of experience in the field of energy sector management. He has extensive international management experience in the oil and gas sector, including the implementation of projects from scratch. He has established himself as an effective manager in crisis situations.

• Was born on January 22, 1967 in the city of Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Graduated from the Mathematics Department of Tashkent State University (now NUU) in 1991. Later, in 2012, he studied the development of oil and gas fields at Ukhta State Technical University. He holds an MBA degree from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) in the field of oil and gas business management.
• He started his career in 1989 as a junior researcher of the problem laboratory of the Faculty of «Applied Mathematics» of Tashkent State University.
• From 2007 to 2008 he worked as general director of LLP «ERIELL Kazakhstan» in Almaty. In the future since the foundation of LLC «ERIELL Neftegazservis» in the city of Moscow (Russian Federation) he worked as a general director, and later as an adviser on business development in South America, the Middle East and North Africa.
• For three years since May 2020, he has been in charge of the Ferghana Oil Refinery, a leading enterprise for the production of fuels and lubricants in Central Asia. Under his management, a program was launched to modernize the refinery's production facilities and introduce automation of business processes.
• Since May 2023, he has held the position of Deputy General Director at Saneg for oil refining, as well as corporate security and asset protection. He is the Chairman of the company's tender committee.
