Tukhtaev Kabul Mukhammadievich

An expert with 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including in the field of geological exploration. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences.

• Born in June 1962 in the Guzar district of Kashkadarya region.
• In 1985, he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute (now Tashkent State Technical University) with a degree in geology and exploration of oil and gas fields.
• He began his career as a driller's assistant at "Predgissar Oil and Gas Exploration Expedition" LLC, where he worked as a senior engineer of the drilling technology service, then acted as chief geologist and later headed the enterprise.
• He was Deputy General Director of JSC "Uzburneftegaz", headed the enterprise "Uzneftegazdobycha". In 2010, he started the work of "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC, where he was engaged in coordinating production activities and implementing a unified technical policy. From 2017 to 2019, he was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for production, as well as Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Uzneftegazdobycha".
• Prior to joining Saneg, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC for geology for four years.
• He joined Saneg in 2023 as First Deputy Executive Director for Geology and Exploration. Since October 2023, he is the Deputy General Director for Production.
