Deputy General Director for Investment Activities

• A finance professional with extensive practical experience in corporate and investment strategies, project management, and business process optimization.
• Born on August 1, 1996, in the Kashkadarya region, Republic of Uzbekistan. He graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent with a degree in economics and finance and from the Shanghai University of Economics and finance with a degree in business management. Additionally, he obtained certification in the Global Business Solutions program, specializing in corporate finance and financial modeling.
• He began his career at the National Bank of Uzbekistan, where he worked from 2014 to 2021, progressively holding positions as a specialist, leading specialist, chief specialist, and head of department. His responsibilities included administrative expense management, retail lending, credit monitoring, and corporate lending.
• In 2021, he joined Saneg (formerly JV LLC Jizzakh Petroleum), where he led the project financing division. He later served as Director of the Project Finance Department.
• Since February 2025, he has been appointed as the Deputy General Director for investment activities.
