• In 2007, he graduated from the Kokand Professional Oil College with a degree in Oil and Gas Engineering.
• He began his professional career at JSC “KashPI,” where he worked as a Driller’s Assistant of the 3rd category from 2001 to 2004.
• From 2004 to 2022, he worked at Eriell Group, advancing from a Driller’s Assistant to Head of Department. During this period, he held positions such as Driller, Drilling Supervisor, Head of the Well Testing and Trial Operations Workshop, Chief Engineer of the same workshop, and later Head of the Well Workover Department (WWD).
• Since 2022, he has been part of the Saneg team, serving as Deputy General Director for the Organization of Well Workover Preparation.
• He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His professional expertise includes drilling and operation of oil and gas wells, organization and supervision of workover operations, well testing, production process management, and optimization of technological solutions.
