• Born in 1961 in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
• In 1996, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Automobile and Road Construction Engineers with a degree in Mechanical Engineering..
• He began his career at the Tashkent Textile Combine, where he advanced from a product transporter to a carding equipment operator. Since 1984, he has worked at Motor Transport Column No. 2502, where he acquired deep knowledge in the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles.
• In subsequent years, he held managerial positions in a number of industrial and oil and gas companies, including JSC “Uzneftegazlittayminot,” JV “Neftegazindustriya,” CJSC “PROMOTOR,” and ERIELL Corporation, where he oversaw technical support, transport logistics, and asset control.
• Since 2020, he has been working at Sanoat Energetika Guruhi (Saneg), where he holds the position of Deputy General Director for Production Logistics and simultaneously heads the Directorate for Production Logistics and Transport Support.
• Under his leadership, the company has established effective processes for supply, transport services, and technical support of its production units.
