Saneg has opened a dispatch center

The new center aims to enhance the digitalization of production processes and optimize the management of Saneg’s entire technological chain. In partnership with IT integrator Osiyotech, the company has launched a Unified Dispatch Center (UDC) that ensures centralized monitoring and control of all key processes – from extraction and refining to fuel distribution.

"The opening of the center marks a significant step in Saneg’s digital transformation, aimed at increasing production and logistics efficiency. The UDC enables the integration of various technological and information systems, reducing decision-making time and improving resource management," noted Tulkin Yusupov, General Director of Saneg.

Key Features of the Dispatch Center:

• A video wall of more than 20 square meters for real-time data visualization.
• Ten workstations for specialists from different departments, responsible for monitoring and coordinating processes.
• A modern server infrastructure that ensures fast data processing and seamless integration of software solutions.

The UDC consolidates fragmented technological systems into a single management platform, reducing production and logistics costs, increasing productivity, and optimizing inventory. In the future, the center will serve as a foundation for implementing digital twins and AI-driven analytics.

In the near term, the company plans to continue modernizing its production assets by implementing MES-level systems and expanding automation capabilities.
