Based on the results of 2024, three Saneg gas stations were named winners of the national Quality Service Award in their respective categories. The award ceremony took place on April 17, 2025, and was organized by the Tourism Committee under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event brought together representatives of the country’s best gas station complexes. The awardees included winners in the categories of “Best CNG Station” (Compressed Natural Gas), “Best LPG Station” (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), and “Best Gasoline Station” from each region of Uzbekistan. Approximately 5,000 stations across the country took part in the selection process.
In the category of “Best Gasoline Station in the Republic of Uzbekistan,” the winner was Saneg’s Bektemir station (Tashkent city). The Namangan station was recognized as the best gasoline station in Namangan Region. The Chuponota CNG station by Saneg was named the best CNG station in the Samarkand Region.
The Quality Service Award is presented to gas stations that offer a high level of additional services for both residents and tourists. Key evaluation criteria include the availability of modern sanitary and hygiene facilities, accessibility for people with limited mobility, well-maintained surroundings, availability of food points, and other elements of a comfortable environment.
In his speech at the ceremony, Umid Shadiev, Chairman of the Tourism Committee, emphasized that well-equipped gas stations are becoming an important part of the tourist infrastructure and a benchmark for other market players.
The development and operation of the award-winning stations are managed by SEG Tasco, a subsidiary of Saneg. This recognition is the result of the SEG Tasco team’s systematic work in creating a modern, well-maintained, and customer-oriented infrastructure in the refueling service sector.
“It is a great honor for us to receive such a high assessment. These awards confirm that our approach to infrastructure development is working. This is the achievement of the entire SEG Tasco team, especially the staff who work daily at the stations, providing a high level of service to our clients. We will continue moving forward, raising standards of service, convenience, and environmental friendliness at all our facilities”, - said Ulugbek Shernazarov, General Director of SEG Tasco.
“We see the development of our gas station network not only as a business task but also as a contribution to the formation of a modern urban and tourist environment”, - emphasized Tulkin Yusupov, General Director of Saneg. “The victory of three of our sites, given the tough competition, is the result of the well-coordinated efforts of the entire Saneg team and our subsidiaries”.
